The time of the event is the start time, not arrival time. Please double check your event confirmation to see what we recommend as your arrival time.

All descriptions on what I would recommend to bring are individual to the event and also to you. If you are not sure please double check your booking confirmation or email sonia@restoreu.co.uk
(My tip, is always to bring more than you think and if you don’t use it then that’s okay)

We use a variety of locations in and around Buckingham. Full directions including postcodes are on each booking. If you haven’t been to one of our venues before please leave plenty of time to find us.

All events are pre-bookable, and some of our events fill up quickly, don’t worry if this happens our waitlist gets activated, all you need to do is pop your email on and if a space becomes available you will be automatically notified to see if you still would like to book.

Sound Bath Contraindications:
Please let me know in advance if any of the below apply to you.
pregnant,
have a metal implant,
pacemaker,
epilepsy
or suffer from a sound sensitive condition.
It doesn’t mean you may not be able to attend, I just need to go through some further information with you.
Meditation Contraindications
Meditation is a safe and effective stress management tool. However, if you have any of the following conditions or are under the supervision by the mental health team/health care provider, we will require you to obtain consent from them to attend this meditation course.
If any of the below apply to yourself, please let me know.

Bipolar
Epilepsy
Schizophrenia

All events are sold as non refundable.
If you notify us 48 hours prior to the event we can hold your account as credit or transfer you to a similar event (additional monies may be payable, subject to availability)
If you notify us after the 48 hours, we are unable to reschedule.
